Residential Services
Flat Rate Monthly Pricing
— so your bill will not fluctuate each month.
1 X WEEK – $50 per month for 1 dog ($11.55 per visit). *
2 X WEEK – $91 per month for 1 dog. *
EVERY OTHER WEEK – $31 per month for 1 dog. *
* + $9 each additional dog.
Rates are based on average sized yards up to 1/4 acre. Additional charge of 2.00 per 1/4 acre will be added for larger yards. Pricing is based on area to clean, not necessarily lot size.
Initial Cleaning
If a customer’s yard has not been cleaned regularly we will charge for 2 visits on the initial cleaning. Yards that have not been cleaned for an extended time may require a one time cleanup.
One Time Cleanup
$35 for first 30 minutes (minimum fee) then $10 every 15 minutes thereafter. Rarely does it require more than an hour to clean a yard.
Odor Neutralizing
$20 we use a premium odor neutralizing spray. The spray is completely non-toxic making it safe for your pets.
Discounts
Accredited Service Dogs will receive 10% off weekly service.
Commercial Services
- We service apartment complexes, HOAs, play areas and other commercial properties.
