What is DogScapes?

We are a pooper scooper company. We offer service options to fit your needs.

How do I sign up?

Call us at 540-797-5792 or fill out a contact form here. We will contact you ASAP to setup service.

How do I pay for weekly service?

You are billed at the 1st of the current month for service. Payment is due by the 15th of the month. See the Payment page for more information.

Does my dog have to be inside when you service us?

We love dogs so as long as they are not aggressive to strangers they can be left out. If the technician feels they will not be safe then you will be called and/or we will leave a note explaining the situation. You will be charged for service if we cannot get into your yard for service.

Do you work year round?

Yes. Your pet doesn’t stop their business so neither do we.

Do you work in rain or snow?

Yes. We work in light rain or snow. However, if the rain or snow is too hard or unsafe we will get to your yard the next day that is clear.

Do you take the waste with you?

Yes. We bag and remove the waste from your property.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?

If you are not happy with our service we will come back out and re-doo your lawn at no charge. We cannot honor the service guarantee if your grass is too long or leaves have not been picked up.

Do we need to leave gate unlocked?

Yes. We will not jump fences. On service days we need to access your lawn so leave a gate unlocked or make other arrangements for us to get in. You will be charged if we cannot get in.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There is no minimum service and you can cancel anytime with a call or email. We will have you sign a document that explains prices and procedures and gives us permission to be on your property.
